Halloween Spider Headband

I made this fun little Halloween Spider Headband for my daughter... (I had a little too much fun playing with the pictures, sorry) :)

I wish I had chocolates to bribe her to smile... Oh-well, she's still cute even when she doesn't smile. :)

So here's how I made this fun headband...

Start by covering your headband with a 1in strip (by however big your fabric is width wise)--always better to cut than add on. I suggest hot glue. (Hopefully the pictures can explain better than I can)...

keep on going...

next, add your netting or tulling (giving a circle effect/flower look)

Add a center fabric flower (with glue)

glue your a plastic spider now

And more plastic spiders

And then you're done! It's fun looking. Kinda creepy. Definitely perfect for Halloween!

Halloween Bat Wreath

Here's a scrapbook paper Bat Wreath.

 Start off with cutting out our bats. I just drew a bat template and traced it on to Halloween paper.

 Start hot gluing them on your wreath

 Hot glue black streamer to make it fuller.

 Here's a close up

Halloween Pumpkin Topiary Decor

I saw something like this somewhere! I'm thinking it was a magazine but I'm not sure... Anyways, I wish I remembered so I could post the picture of how much cuter it can be. This was the best I could do on a budget :) Here's how it turned out and a quick overview of what I did...

I used 3 different sized artificial pumpkins, two outside pots (1 Ural would be so much nicer!), Spanish moss, black vinyl and acrylic paint...oh, add cardboard. :)

make a platform for the pumpkins to sit on inside the pots.

Cut the two bottom steams off the pumpkins and stack them on top of each other.

 Before gluing the pumpkins on top of each other. Antique the pots with black acrylic paint and glue the two bottoms together. 

 Glue the pumpkins and moss on

add the image of the tree with the black vinyl.

 Then you're done!
