I made this fun little Halloween Spider Headband for my daughter... (I had a little too much fun playing with the pictures, sorry) :)
I wish I had chocolates to bribe her to smile... Oh-well, she's still cute even when she doesn't smile. :)
---
So here's how I made this fun headband...
Start by covering your headband with a 1in strip (by however big your fabric is width wise)--always better to cut than add on. I suggest hot glue. (Hopefully the pictures can explain better than I can)...
keep on going...
next, add your netting or tulling (giving a circle effect/flower look)
Add a center fabric flower (with glue)
glue your a plastic spider now
And more plastic spiders
And then you're done! It's fun looking. Kinda creepy. Definitely perfect for Halloween!
I have a few extra that I'm probably going to put in my etsy for $3.00 each. Let me know if you're interested :)
Here it is again... on...
Thanks for stopping by! :)
I love this!!! I wonder if my little girl would wear one or if she would be scared of the spiders. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Its so cute. I love your pictures...she looks like she is terrified or grossed out in that first one. I think I need to try this.
ReplyDeleteThis turned out very cute and is so fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks for adding my button but I'm sorry I have delete it b/c it doesn't have scrapbook paper in the project! I hope you'll still link up other stuff!
